The Jackson Mote State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing & sales goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Background in athletics or competitive activities
- Desire to meet sales goals/quotas
- Ability to effectively relate & communicate with customers
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license or already possess Property & Casualty License
