I opened my agency in 2024 after spending three years in the Agent Aspirant program preparing for agency ownership. I'm originally from the DC area and a proud graduate of Wake Forest University. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and watching football.
Our agency offers paid time off, licensing costs paid up front, and a Simple IRA with a 3% employer match. We also believe in rewarding the team for reaching goals - hit the daily team goal and you may head home an hour early, or hit the weekly goal and enjoy a 2:00 PM start to your weekend on Friday.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jackson Mote - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
